  1. I disagree, that is an exercise that will destroy the body
    overtime. If You are trained by a weightlifting coach, for
    weightlifting okay, but for overall strength and conditioning
    there are better options especially for men that just want to
    stay strong. If you want to go in your older years still capable
    eliminate exercises that lead to destruction.

    • Really I hadn’t heard that. It that from people doing it improperly (ala crossfit) or just because of the nature of the exercise itself?

      • A proper coach, an actual weight lifting coach can keep the injuries down. But the movement is so unnatural, it has very if any cross over outside the gym.

        I can’t even think of a time you would put something over your head then need to squat.

        I have some experience I have over 200 YouTube videos up to give some validity to my positions
