I disagree, that is an exercise that will destroy the body
overtime. If You are trained by a weightlifting coach, for
weightlifting okay, but for overall strength and conditioning
there are better options especially for men that just want to
stay strong. If you want to go in your older years still capable
eliminate exercises that lead to destruction.
Really I hadn’t heard that. It that from people doing it improperly (ala crossfit) or just because of the nature of the exercise itself?
A proper coach, an actual weight lifting coach can keep the injuries down. But the movement is so unnatural, it has very if any cross over outside the gym.
I can’t even think of a time you would put something over your head then need to squat.
I have some experience I have over 200 YouTube videos up to give some validity to my positions
Ah got ya. That makes sense. And yeah I’ve seen em, impressive stuff.
